People from different faiths came together to pray and show solidarity for the South Asian country in the grip of a deadly second wave of COVID-19 pandemic.

Founder of AISECS, Gurnam Singh, said prayers are magical and have healing powers. As he believes in bringing the people together, he kept the prayer meet open for the whole Indian Australian community, and people have joined from all the faith.

The evening was joined by MP Victor Dominello, NSW Minister for Customer Service and Manish Gupta, Consul General of India in Sydney
