Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has published its critical skills list and offshore criteria for 2022.

ACT has given the number of nomination places available each month, which is less than 5 in most cases. However, Software and applications programmers have less than 40 places available each month while the number is less than 20 in the case of ICT business and systems analysts.

ACT says they will not invite you to apply for ACT nomination if the monthly cap for your nominated occupation has been reached.

The complete list can be found here.

The territory updates the list every four months to ensure that “the ACT Migration Program adapts and responds to the evolving critical skills needs of the ACT economy.”
