Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has had a ‘Curry night’ on Saturday as he cooked an Indian dish after returning home in Sydney after almost a month.

Prime Minister shared pictures of Cardamom and Green Chilli Chicken Curry he cooked on Saturday evening.

Mr Morrison said, “Saturday night is always Family Curry Night at the Morrison house. Cardamom and Green Chilli Chicken Curry tonight. I made a few changes – fresh green chillies rather than Cayenne Pepper added some curry leaves and some snap peas for some greens. Girls loved it.”

“To every Australian in lockdown today, including here in Sydney, let’s keep taking care of each other and appreciating each other. We’re getting through this, and the path ahead is clear,” he posted on Facebook.

Prime Minister had cooked ‘Beef and potato Massaman Curry’ on the previous weekend after returning home after almost a month.

“After almost a month away, it’s nice to get back home to Sydney with Jen and the girls and this little guy (Buddy). Saturday night is curry night, so will be back in the kitchen this afternoon to make one of the girls’ favourites,” he had earlier posted on Facebook.

Sunday ScoMosas with mango chutney, all made from scratch – including the chutney! A pity my meeting with @narendramodi this week is by videolink. They’re vegetarian, I would have liked to share them with him. pic.twitter.com/Sj7y4Migu9

He had also shared the recipe with a comment saying, “added three extra chillies and baby spinach (always get the veggies in).”

Scott Morrison’s love for Indian food and especially curries is well known. Before a virtual summit between Indian and Australian leaders, a picture of Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison making Indian snack Samosa had gone viral.

He had named them ‘ScoMosa’ and tweeted, “Sunday ScoMosas with mango chutney, all made from scratch – including the chutney! A pity my meeting with @narendramodi this week is by videolink. They’re vegetarian, I would have liked to share them with him.”

Prime Minister has also cooked ‘Lamb Rhapsody from Rajasthan’, a rare Indian delicacy.
