Visa Update: Additional 70 occupations to open offshore applicants

South Australia will open 70 additional occupations to applicants currently living offshore.

MigrationSA says to manage the state’s Covid recovery response; an additional 70 occupations will be open to applicants currently residing offshore.

The new occupations will be open from Tuesday, 28 September 2021.

“The minimum requirements for state nomination include at least eight years of work experience in eh occupation or closely related occupation and a proficient plus English level,” MigrationSA said in a statement.

Complete requirements will be published on the department’s website from 10 am, ACST, Tuesday 28 September 2021.

The department explains that offshore applicants meeting the minimum published requirements can lodge a Registration of Interest (RoI) from 10 am, ACST, Tuesday 28 September 2021.
